Vessel Registration
This process allows you to: - Register a vessel for the first time - Renew your registration on a vessel that you've previously registered - Report the sale of your registered vessel
Mooring Permit
Any Vessel applying for a Mooring Permit in the US Virgin Islands must be registered with the US Virgin Islands Department of Planning and Natural Resources. Mooring Permits are only issued for designated areas.
Anchoring Permit
To apply for an Anchoring Permit, the Vessel must be currently registered. Anchoring Permits are only issued for designated areas.
Long-Term Cruising in Territory
All Vessels not Registered in the USVI conduction Charter Business are REQUIRED to obtain this Cruising Permit while operating in Territorial waters.
Multi-Vessel Mooring Permit
There is a limit of twelve (12) Multi-Vessel Mooring Permits per applicant.
