After a blissful spring of allowing walk-ins, the Portland, Maine Harbor Master's office is once again closed to the public in the interest of public safety and the health of our staff. We are still operational. We still answer your phone calls, reply to your email, and patrol the harbor. If you need assistance with renewals, inquiries, or harbor and boating issues, we can help you.
